By placing an order with Woojis Bakery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that items are made fresh to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Woojis Bakery operates as a pickup-only bakery. We do not offer shipping or delivery services. Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the selected pickup window.

If a customer fails to pick up an order at the scheduled time, Woojis Bakery is not responsible for product quality after the pickup window has passed, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that all orders are custom prepared specifically for you.
